Tubes Fittings and Adapters

For our tube fittings, we have a wide range of materials and configurations with proven reliability and performance. They are all high quality and easy to install.

Pipe Fittings

Threaded fittings are precision manufactured to strict Swagelok quality standards to ensure optimum sealing, minimize thread chafing, and provide a tight fit. It is recommended that a thread sealant always be used during assembly.

Vacuum Fittings

We have several fittings to offer you if your application requires products suitable for vacuum. Among them, we also have adapter fittings and surface mount fittings (VCR) that are also excellent for vacuum mounting.

Flange Adapters

By providing a threadless, seamless transition from flanged to tubing systems, Swagelok tube fitting flange adapters limit potential leakage points. A wide variety of sealing surfaces are available.

O-Ring Face Seal Fittings (VCO, VCR)

Easy to install, especially in tight spaces, VCO® and VCR® type fittings reduce installation time. They can be used at high pressure as well as under critical vacuum, over a wide temperature range.
