Become familiar with the regulator and learn to know the different types, select them to maximize the performance of fluid systems taking into account the coefficient of flow, pressures, while minimizing pressure drops (droop).

During this training, the following points will be addressed:

• Describe and understand the basics of a regulator such as terminology and components
• Identify the key features of the design and operation of a regulator
• Differentiate the different types of regulators and the systems for which they are designed
• Read a flow curve and understand the performance criteria that affect a regulator
