Installation for Windows
- Contact us to receive the installation file.
- Download the compressed file. Once the file is downloaded, right-click on the compressed file and click on "Extract All".
- Open the eDTR folder and double-click on "setup".
- A user control window may appear, and you may need to authorize the application to make changes to your computer.
- In some companies, it is necessary to ask the administrator, often the IT department, to unblock the installation.
- If this is not possible for you, please note that we can send you a USB key by mail to access the catalog this way. Contact customer service for more information.
- A pop-up window will appear; click on "Run".
